Interesting phone call from RWJ … …
… … a nice young lady called to tell me my records request had the wrong date. She gave me the correct date. But I have to resubmit the form with the correct date.
Argh!
Doing that means I have to get my DL, take another picture, and re-fillout their webform.
I guess their “process” doesn’t allow them to fix the form. Or send the Xray before the date and after the date. Seems like a lot of TAE (ie., time, attention, effort) by TWO people for no apparent reason.
